The District Board of Directors’ primary task is to create Policy through Ordinances. All Ordinances are published and posted and kept in a public Ordinance file at the District Office.
Embarcadero Municipal Improvement District is fully committed to providing accessible facilities, elements and
channels of communication to all members of the public. As part of this commitment, Embarcadero Municipal Improvement District
