The Mission Statement of EPOA is as follows: “The object of the EPOA is to encourage community service and to promote the social, recreational and educational improvement of the Embarcadero area. We are the communication link within the Canyon via email, newsletters, flyers, posters, and town meetings.”
Established in 1964 by residents, the EMBARCADERO PROPERTY OWNERS ASSOCIATION (EPOA) is in charge of the many and varied social activities in the Canyon.

channels of communication to all members of the public. As part of this commitment, Embarcadero Municipal Improvement District
